Matabeleland FC — Training

Matabeleland’s new official players’ training jersey for 2021/22 was designed by Rolan Gomes, who submitted his design as part of the kit design competition held by the MFC in conjunction with STINGZ™️.

The training jersey adopts a predominantly white colourway, with two black and golden yellow racing stripes that run from the collar down to the hem on both the front and back panels. Between the tramlines are traditional Ndebele patterns, which are watermarked tonally onto the jersey.

The STINGZ™️ logo appears directly under the collar, while the MFC crest takes centre stage on the upper chest area.

The traditional Ndebele patterns again appear on the cuffs of the sleeve, albeit in golden yellow and black, although the most striking design element is the eagle wings that appear on the shoulder area of the jersey, a nod to the eagle that appears in MFC’s team crest. The jersey is completed with contrast black side panels and a crew neck collar.
