Why does delivery take up to 12 weeks?

All our shirts are made to order, therefore it take a little longer to get your shirt to you. We process orders with our factory within four weeks of your order being placed and then they get to work on producing your shirt. We always allow 6-8 weeks for delivery so we advise your shirt will be with you within 12 weeks of placing your order, or earlier. But like waiting for Santa Claus on Christmas Eve, the anticipation will be worth it. As someone once said, great things come to those that wait. 

Why are shirts made to order?

Great question. We believe in less is more and that less waste is better for the planet. We produce limited quantities and order only the shirts that are needed. It also means the teams we work with benefit, and more money can go back to developing grass-roots football. It's a win-win. And our loyal customers support this with their kindness and patience.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shirt’s journey to your door.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times will vary by location. Please note international shipping may incur additional customs fee or taxes so please check if your country is subject to these additional fees before ordering, STINGZ are not liable for any additional fees. We don't make the rules.

Can I return or exchange my shirt?

Because all our shirts are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. Please double-check and triple check sizes before ordering. The sizing may vary from team to team so please check the sizing chart on the item listing and if if you are still unsure then do email us. We would rather you get it right first time, and your STINGZ shirt fits like a glove.

How do I find the right size?

You can find our detailed size guide on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up for a more comfortable fit. Some shirts have a more 'athletic' fit which is more snug so read the listings carefully.  

Do you offer custom names or numbers on shirts?

No. We are unable to do this at this time, sorry.

Do you ever restock older designs?

Never say never! As our shirts are made to order we often focus on one kit launch at a time. However, please contact us if you notice an item is out of stock and we can let you know if ordering is available. Don't forget to Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to catch new kit launches and news on pre-sale windows.

I'm part of a team and I need new kit, how can STINGZ help me?

In lots of ways! We love working with teams, whether it's your mate's five-a-side pub team or an ambitious club climbing its way up the league tables. We believe every team has its identity and that off-the self options just don't cut it. You need a bespoke kit as unique as you. So get in touch. Simply email us with your requirements, and our experienced designers will work with you to create a bespoke kit. We can't wait to tell your story.

What kit do you offer?

What don't we offer! We work with our factories to ensure we can offer a wide range of sports apparel for both on and off field team wear. We've worked with football teams, rugby teams, triathletes, cyclists and boxers, to name a few, to supply official team wear, training kit and more. We also offer a bespoke design service, and are there to support you through the whole process, from design to delivery.

We often work with teams from remote or isolated areas, or communities that do not always have the same sporting opportunities that First World nations enjoy. We see sport as a way of connecting people, creating community and providing opportunity to those that need it most. Whether its donating old or unwanted kit to teams in Africa, or selling national team shirts to fund coaching and creating match opportunities, we support the underdog.
